The Dallas Mavericks have extended a qualifying offer to Moussa Cisse, making him a restricted free agent, a person familiar with the situation says.
Cisse played on a two-way contract as a rookie last season and averaged 4.5 points, 5.7 rebounds & 1.2 blocks in 38 games.
Doesn't guarantee him or Nemhbard are back. Both will need to fight and earn it, but good signs. Both showed really well in last years lost season.
