I guess it could be looked at that way. But nobody expected them to win 60 games either with virtually a young roster. Similar to the Spurs, they're ahead of schedule, so they have an open window. I wouldn't expect them to compete for a title next year either. But depending on other moves, health, and some luck, I guess they could as I didn't expect the Knicks to win it this year.
