UNLESS of course you decide to hire the college coach and now he has an incentive to be 100% truthful about the potential and character of his players and he clearly must have agreed Johnson is that dude (over Lendeborg and Mara).
I think he'll be a solid role player but I'm just wondering how much of this was a emotional over logical decision. He wasn't on anyone's draft boards this high so it seems we could have picked up some assets and still get their guy.
IDK, he's a good pick but I think we were in a position to take someone with a higher ceiling. Agree that Rez is a safe pick with a high floor.
