1 that's an over-A2 no-no, not A1
2 that limit is applicable to the same cap year (ie, cash in June has no bearing on the NBA yr starting 7/1)

I looked at the FAQ and you are correct. Sending out cash is a 2nd apron hard cap.

The limit though I'm not to sure. I believe you are correct as long as the trade is finalized before 7/1
