Without seeing all the constraints surrounding his GM-hood in Toronto, it appears that Masai values his own players pretty highly, and isn't willing to sell low.
Hopefully this philosophy will continue here in Dallas.
Nico seems to have substantially missed on his big trade, which has led to his current unemployment.
I don't disagree, but are the current players considered "His" players? Or just place holders until "His" guys come available?
