Jason Kidd OUT! Who will be the Mavs' next HC?

I think we are all kind of expecting it, but I do wonder if this pushes the timeline to trade Kyrie up.  I don't gamble, but if I did, my money would be before the TDL which would be a bummer.  He's worked out better than anyone could have hoped for and is incredibly fun to watch (contrast that with what we experienced this season).
