I dont know much about the Pistons but their whole situation screams Kyrie to me. He would fit like a glove there.

Kyrie for #21 and another unprotected 1st would be sweet. Hed be on a good team and the Mavs would have some more ammunition down the line. I think that is close in terms of value to a lottery pick (Id still prefer that but who knows what is even on the table). Maybe you can get a young player or two from them as well to match salaries who can turn into someting.

Looking at their roster, the salary match for Kyrie this summer is probably:

Duncan Robinson
Caris LeVert
Ron Holland

It can be Isiah Stewart instead of Robinson or LeVert.
