I think that is fair. We will see if it just your normal up and downs as a GM or if he best is behind him. I really think he got stuck in rut of having a good, but not great team. It is easy to say they should have blown things up and started over, but that is hard to do. Especially or a team like Toronto. Ownership has a voice in things too. I think when you lack a star, it can be a long journey trying to find one. It looks like he decided to try to be an average to slighty above average team and hoped to luck their way into a star like they did with Leonard. I was personally a fan of RJ and Barrett moves. Poetl blew up in their faces. But when you are just trying to keep the ship steady waiting for that big move, some of these decisions make some sense.
