87 - David Robinson - jumped from 4th to 1st
89 - Sean Elliot - jumped from 4th to 3rd
97 - Tim Duncan - jumped from 3rd to 1st
23 - Wemby - jumped from 3rd to 1st
24 - Castle - jumped from 5th to 4th
25 - Harper - jumped from 8th to 2nd
The 3 years they jump to 1st - there are franchise altering players there as well.
As for Dallas - this past lotto was the first time ever they had moved up.
