I think A) MIL still thinks they can find a way to hold onto Giannis. Still. B) The main reason the team isn't good is the lack of a PG. C) They are desperate enough to connect the dots between A and B and convince themselves Morant is the answer. D) MEM just wants rid of Morant, at this point.
