I think it is far better for Milwaukee to trade Giannis now than in the summer, as teams will probably be prepared to pay much more now. If any team gets him now, they basically get at least two seasons of possible title runs (assuming a team that trades for him already has a decent team). I am not even so sure if resigning him is really a great idea, as he will be 32 next year and I assume his game will not age greatly. It will be a huge burden for a team to carry an aging superstar on supermax for next four years.
From Milwaukee perspective, Atlanta would make huge sense. Risacher, expiring salaries and Milwaukee picks in 2026 and 2027 are an offer others can't really match, imho. Milwaukee could fast track rebuild with NO and their own pick this year and then another probably high pick next year (worse of NO and Mil, both top5 protected). Giannis with Johnson, Daniels, Okongwu and NAW is also a pretty good team. Extremely athletic. They could use more shooting though.
GSW could offer 5 picks and a swap in each year in between. Their picks after a couple of seasons when their core retires could be very good too. It would take Green, Kuminga and (for example) Moody to match the salaries, though, assuming Butler is off the table. Team would be pretty bare though, but they could add someone like LeBron in the summer and some other ring chasers. Curry-Giannis-Butler-LeBron would be a very intriguing core.
Clippers could be another interesting option. They won 14 games of their last 17. They can offer 3 picks, but don't really have high upside youngsters.
Than of course SA, if they decide to go all in. NY just doesn't have the assets until the summer.
