Anything is possible, but I think the top 5 would have to really stumble, and Mullins would have to be playing deep into college playoffs brackets. That's actually not out of the question for Connecticut or Mullins. I wouldn't mind seeing it myself.
Except that I would love to see Mullins in a Mavs uniform.
My wishes flow with what I see. So I watched HOU (Flemings) play WV Tues.
I didn't see a lot that really excited me. He sat a lot in the 1st half because of fouls, so his minutes were a bit reduced, but when he was on the floor he didn't really stand out. Disappointed.
One note that I think is relevant in light of Mavs history -- Peterson (perhaps the #1 pick) has had injury issues ALL season. Most games, he sits for long stretches because of cramps or fears of pulls or strains or somesuch. Analysts see it, and most are like "Yeah, it's not good, but I would pick him anyhow because I think his upside is so high." Supposedly they don't even know why he has issues. Something to watch.
