Philon also is slotted in the top 10 in most drafts. He was condisdering the draft last year, but decided to go back to school. That will likely turn into a very smart move. His stats look great for a PG this season. And he's always changing his speed

With my limited viewing, I would prefer Mullins.
I liked Philon last year in his support role and thought he would make a jump this year with a bigger role. I didn’t expect such a big jump in scoring. He has been really good. His support role last was really promising how he fit in with an older team and found a good role.
Both would be considerations in the range I thought we would be picking (8/9 to 12). I hope we are picking higher now.
