I can still get behind the idea that AD here next season, with Flagg, Kyrie, Lively, whomever they draft and anything else leftover might NOT be as depressing as we think, but...I'm not paying the tax bill for this super expensive (losing) team.
Its a legit danger. Even when trading assets like Gafford and Naji, they may have to prioritize cap relief over assets and young players. Even if they are willing to pay tax eventually, they need to get out of the repeater tax before loading up.
