Martin and his contract are the real albatross on this franchise. They have to move him somehow. What a disaster of a trade. Kidd is also to blame for that one. He was incompetent and didn’t play Grimes, just like with Brunson before THj got hurt, so Nico probably didn’t realize he’s an excellent player. The only reason I’m okay with Kidd right now is because he is exquisite at tanking. I can’t even tell whether the gross underachieving this year is on purpose.
