Nico was/is a fantastic example of hubris and ego being your downfall.
He DID make some incredible moves. He did build a competent finals team. But its all for naught. His one transgression was enough to outdo anything and he became persona-non-grata. Good riddance.
Hopefully the next guy understands how to connect with the heart of the team.
