I doubt they will get Dirk back in much capacity other than saying positive things. He's already working for Amazon.
I doubt Dirk wants a big role or maybe even a formal one. He mentioned when he was a consultant he felt sort of strange and stepped back. Maybe that was becuase of Nico or things have changed. Although having him as voice would not be a bad thing...especially for Dumont and team. Also having him with a formal connection to the Mavs is a good thing. I am sure it has been tough for him. He has a strong loyalty to the fans, but it must have been hard feeling anything else with the team.
