The pressure may be off for now but no one has said anything about tearing down the team and rebuilding around Flagg. They still have AD and Klay and Kyrie might be back before Christmas. Unfortunately Klay's value is negative and AD's is uncertain -- so I don't think they'll make any moves over the next two months.
The best path forward is to get AD back on the court and hopefully rebuild his trade value so they have options at the deadine.
Ultimately I think they DO have to trade AD (despite the fact that this team could still look pretty salty with Kyrie and AD on the floor) before this fanbase will turn the page.
