It´s standard procredure to fire the head coach, when he drags down the performance of the players. You have to be a complete moron to not consider that these players literally hate Nico; that they do not even want to try for this front office. They are human beings, too..
They were the West champions; close to winning the title. They were happy. They were having fun. They were together. Luka was making everybody look better than they are = EVERYBODY IS GETTING PAID. Now they are literally the worst team in the West and they all look much worse individually. And it hurts their bottom line.
