the OKC vs Houston game was awesome. Does it mean anything? probably not. Long season. Few key players fouled out. OKC was without their second best player. First game.
Senguin (was Reggie saying his name wrong?) was awesome. Him being able to bring the ball up with Caruso on him wasn't on my bingo card. Is that the type of player he is now, plus with a three point shot? On the negative side, tough game for Sheppard. Tough to go up against OKC in the first game, but it looked like he had trouble running the offense and the only thing he had was trying to shoot the ball. It just looked weird against OKC pressure. It is OKC though. He looked to be targeted on defense and he was going for these weird steals instead of trying to stay in front of his man.
I think Houston is deep, but seeing Eason (good player but didn't play well), Capella (I am not sure that is going to work) and Sheppard off the bench is a little concerning. Those guys need to play better or at least hold the fort until DFS can fill in some more bench minutes.
Great game though. I thought Houston's defense gave OKC trouble. Shai was awesome late and Holgrem looked good out there.
