I found several things interesting:
1 Until Kyrie returns, Kidd sees the PG being DAR at times and BWill at times. No mention of Exum (which surprised me) or of Nembhard (which did not).
2 They are moving to a flow offense, which makes sense because it doesn't necessarily revolve around a single player. The offense flows to and from anyone, all on a read-and-react that prioritizes spacing. Far different from repetitive isolation, with one guy handling the ball and 4 mostly-stationary other guys waiting for a possible pass.
3 Kidd doesn't see any sense in the 2-timeline concept, which is often fretted about in fan discussions. I think he's 100% right - they are playing to win a title NOW, so that's the only thing to focus on.
