Free agent guard Malcolm Brogdon has agreed to a one-year deal with the New York Knicks, agent Sam Permut of Roc Nation tells ESPN. Entering his 10th NBA season, the former Sixth Man of the Year gives the Knicks key backcourt depth and reserve playmaking.

Nice signing by the Knicks. Eventhough he really hasn't done anything in two years and is injured alot, tough to complain at that contract. Seems like almost every good team has seecured a good/solid player at a discount where money dried up on them. I wonder if this trend will continue moving forward.
Also, it also give me pause about GS. They still have not made any moves. Brogdon was suppose to be a target for them. Maybe it was Horford and Melton instead. Horford is still amazing for what he can do at his age, but he is really old. I just look at a real old team in a tough west with little ways to really be anything in the next 3-4 years. Unless they get that Mav lottery luck.
