This deal does avoid the 1st apron for IND by about 1 mil. The Mavs conversely add about 4 mil to their payroll (plus the 23rd pick rookie scale), but do solve the need for a PG.
A1 vs A2 is an almost pointless distinction.
They won't trade TJ -- the idea of shedding the pick is to allow them to KEEP their core of which he is an ongoing part.
I think you are WAY high on Turner. I'm expecting 20M or so. He's not THAT special.
