Naji can definitely do that, but if we can use him in a trade for a guard, I'd rather let Naji go than PJ.
OMax probably doesn't have any heavy trade value aside from being a young prospect that could develop into something. He still has 2 years left on his rookie deal which is enough for a flyer and is cheap enough any team would be happy to absorb.
I just see Gafford and PJ and could realistically think that at some point they will be sorely needed as the regular season wanes. Lively+AD could/probably get injured and if we don't have Gafford we'd be relying on Powell+Kai Jones.
PJ is such a versatile flex 4 that if we need to slot AD at the 5, we could still play PJ at the 4 and everything works.
I see that and I am just not very motivated to move on so quickly from that kind of depth.
