I was thinking of a queen/lively pairing if Ad wasn’t here. May not work and the mavs defensive approach probably not a fit but it could be fun.
Same page. Doesn't have to lead the team in scoring, but is good enough to keep defenses honest. Good handles to keep turnovers low. Good court vision for setting up others and keeping the ball moving rather than wasting 15 seconds trying to make something happen.
Can a rookie not named Luka do that? Maybe, but it's more of a need than another wing at this point.
