But they literally were just never healthy.
I think drafting well was the only thing they did well. Their top of rotation was full of bad defenders (McCollum, Ingram, Zion, Valanciunas) and full of bad or low volume three point shooters. Even if they would remain healthy, that team would not be competitive, imho.
