That is fair.  I am anxious to see him again but would be fine waiting until next year.

I think his passing is already pretty good.  It is the self creation or scoring in the paint outside of an open 8 footer that needs work.

In my opinion, if the Mavs' offense depends on Lively "self creating" anything, it's all a lost cause. He's a finisher. I have no desire to watch them try to "feature" him on offense (not that I think they will).
