I suspect that he will resign over this because he won't be able to stand being hated everywhere he goes. Whether fans move on or not, they will never forgive Nico. Short of a championship this year, which there's zero chance of, I don't think he makes it into next season. It blows my mind that they thought this would be like any other trade and people would move on. For the sake of the current players, I hope fans treat them well, but Nico will be Boo'd everywhere he goes in Dallas and I suspect he'll never be visible at another game. He created this mess and now he has to deal with it. Nobody should hurt the guy, but his life will forever suck in Dallas anytime he's in public.
