If he was 6'3"-6'4", I would feel pretty confident saying he's going to make it.  I still think he might.  Obviously depends on how his shot progresses.  His measurables are similar to Avery Bradley. 

People are putting too much stock into his stats for his one year at USC..  Kid literally had a heart attack before his freshman season.

I do feel bad for him with the heart attack. It definitely stunted him and is a pretty major thing. I think the main thing is that he is just too small and not exceptional enough to make up for that.
