SGA seems the most dangerous shooting from the 3pt line or in the midrange between that line and the lane. He's still usually 1 on 1 at that point and is confident on getting a quality shot off despite how well he is guarded.
Seems like getting into the paint makes him more of a passer, probably due to more defensive help in the lane. Maybe passes more to the wings than the corners? If DAL can run the first shooter off the line, then the time gets shorter and OKC's stress level goes up, affecting even open looks. DAL is playing pretty good defense. Stop the drives, shut off the rim, chase 'em off the long ball and live with the results.
Saw where OKC's coach commented on how he felt their offense was "positive" and that they just missed on open shots. Not sure if he really feels that way or if he's just whistling in the dark to keep his team from panicking before Game 6.
