Is it fair to ask if Rick Carlisle had something to do with this loss?
His current team and his former team both lost in strikingly similar manners. Both had slow starts to the game, lacked playoff intensity, underestimated their opponents because they were each missing their best player, and ended up being down by similarly large double digit figures at half-time.
Half-time scores...
MIL vs IND: 69 - 42 (27 difference)
LAC vs DAL: 56 - 30 (26 difference)
It's almost like a ripple effect or "Rickle effect" that still sustains.
Heh, gotta tickle the Rickle fans. :p
