GAME 3: DAL (1-2) @ NOP (3-1) | 111-113 loss
McGee’s defense was singularly bad to start. Bullock terrible on that end and not much better offensively. DFS, invisible. Maxi salvaged his night by playing stellar D and some great boardwork down the stretch— and he hit a 3 on the nice relocate. Kidd, once again, not great. He’s bad at coaches challenges, Wood say too much once again and thought he waited to bring Luka back a beat too long. And we are so predictable and easy to defend down the stretch.

Truth is, this team just isn’t very talented. N.O. traded FOR McCollum and we lowballed OUR McCollum this past summer to ensure his departure. Someone said earlier something along the lines of the inflection point where we briefly had Luka, Wood & Brunson last summer and were true contenders… so true. The Pels own the Lakers pick in a loaded draft and have plenty of other assets.
