This years firsts and another first 2 years down the line can be very valuable if it doesn't work in CHI. Though I do think this move makes CHI a favorite to be in the playoffs and will kick a team like WSH or ATL out of the race/play-in.

Porter might get bought out, if so probably all of Miami/Brooklyn/LA will chase him. I think he’s off the table for us now.

You know, I don't want to disagree, because what you're saying of course makes sense. But dude, the buyout market is getting BIG...at some point, those teams would have to waive players they don't want to waive to sign these dudes. Not sure about OPJ, specifically, but I'm starting to get a little hopeful that Dallas can snag one (if they want).

Are there any live deadline talk specials up already? I think Simmons/Russilo are doing one at noon, but I'm not sure if it will be live or only a podcast later.
The Vuc package is similar to what I was thinking KP would bring. Fair deal for both sides.
Gordon will go for a single young player and a first. He's clearly a notch below Vuc in value. Fournier will go for expiring and multiple 2's ... Ross maybe the same. Obviously Thad Young is going nowhere.
