All 3 have input and will give their ideas for roster direction which Cuban ultimately has the final say on. So at the end of the day the titles do not matter.

Maybe you're right about all of the above, but maybe not. 

In the wake of everything that has come out about the organization over the past few years, going all the way back to the sexual harassment stuff, I'd say it's reasonable for fans to expect as much transparency as possible. 

I don't want to rush to judgement on this, because I don't know how Brad asked the question, but geesh...I would think Cuban would WANT to point to a professional, working plan and say "see, Cato and Amick are morons." (without saying it, obvs)

Maybe you're right about all of the above, but maybe not.

Cato's latest pod says that he is being told that the matter of titles is still in flux. Harrison was announced only as GM, with no mention of the POBO vacancy. Said Mark has been coy on the matter. Would not be surprising if the front office hires aren't complete yet. Surprising that Fin wasn't given a promotion, but it still might happen.

Nico's title will be GM and/or POBO.  Finley's title will be POBO or VPOBO.

Bob's title will be Head Honcho of Analytics ("Director of Quantitative Research and Development") or AMF ("Adios, Mother").

Mark may be playing coy, but the marketing team is pretty direct.

I'm guessing the open issue is simply about Finley's official role and title in the new structure. We know he's a part of it, but maybe they're still working out the division of responsibilities.
