Klber played good defense, but omg he is a liability offensively. His release time is measured with calendar Luka gave a PG clinic. Despite all the pressure he got teammates completely open looks. Phenomenal win and perhaps best half of the season. Won even with quiet Brunson and terrible Hardaway. He was so bad

25 points on 12 field goal attempts, lmao.

I like that DP showed some patience when he turned toward the basket and let the Lakers fly by with some fake pumps and spins. Really had some nice moves going, Luka rubbing off on DP and Brunson.

Here's an excellent thread that helps explain how a lot of MVPowell's success came down to great coaching and offensive scheme against the Lakers defense. Good stuff.

Powell was incredible. It wasn't just the trap on Luka. It was him diving and faking layups like a guard. DFS looks amazing though Dirkie goes to Powell.

Powell. Not only having his best game of the season but also because he embarassed Drummond. Dear MFFL community. Please repeat after me.
Powell > Drummond and it´s not even close. Drummond probably deserved the Dirkie as well. I am not happy with KPs defense but Drummond takes it to another level. Rare combination of lack of effort, lack of awareness and lack of quickness. Side note: One of the best coaching performances of the season. We tend to focus on the flaws and only talk about RC when the Mavs struggle/lose. The mini series against the Lakers showed why he is one of the top coaches in the league when it comes to in game adjustments.

Powell and its not even close.
Dude stepped up more than I've ever seen in his career. His energy is such a core piece for this team I can't imagine what it'd be without him. Luka said it best "He's a guy you need to have on the team"
