GAME 6: SAC (3-3) @ DAL (4-2) | 105-99 win

This game will tell a lot to me. Sacramento is a team that looks to turn around bad results from the past but obviously not with contender level talent. Better than SA, Hou or Tor but likely not as good as Atlanta or Denver.

KP out again. Sterling Brown is available.
As a charter member of the keep KP crowd this offseason, he is certainly making it hard for me. Availability is a big skill. To miss his third straight game with an injury not tied to his knees is certainly not a good sign.

Game is messed up the ability to do it for a whole season, but the mission to stay above .500 is on the line. Must win game.

Was the captain of KP island before taking a hiatus after his performance in the playoffs. Came right back and bought the dip. Now starting to question whether or not he should stay past December. I keep telling myself "Ok, he's missed 3 games. Disappointing. But what if he comes back and plays in the rest of the 77 games? Will I even care he missed 3 to start?" In other words, it's still early. But certainly not looking good.

I will also say I don't know what happened to the Mavs old PA announcer, but the new one is absolutely horrible.

He's definitely going more aggressively today, I won't argue that. I can't help but wonder if Kleber staying outside instead of in the paint like KP (and being more familiar with the plan than Bullock to this point) makes that easier, though.

Great D from DFS on that barnes post up.
Could it be any more obvious that Kleber is a starter on this team?

To my eyes it primarily looks like a more energized, focused, aggressive, and assertive Luka. Maybe by design (coaches said, "Luka go to damn work") or maybe because he feels different/better today, not sure.

But, fewer defenders in the paint = opportunity to look better. And MAYBE even a better attitude about trying to look better. That's all I'm saying. If Porzingis would just play offense exactly like Kleber, they'd be better off, imo. Not the player they thought they were getting, for sure, but not a HUGE, HUGE negative, either.
