It's Hollow Night. They showed how much they appreciate the fans by trading the hope of the franchise for the Lakers' Bag of Beans.

I watched the second half during a long layover. Wish it could have been an exciting win but Toronto team they put on the floor was so bad. Mavs could have played their c level and win comfortably. For the most part it looked like a pickup game. I will say having Exum and Williams back provides some much needed guard play. Both should get strong looks from the team next year. Just not as starters. Exum can’t stay healthy so you need to watch his minutes and I think Willliams best role will be a bench guard. What level of minutes will be TBD.

Just like seeing how both push the pace. Williams with speed and Exum with good basketball smarts.

One more thing, max is not a finished product and has work to improve all assets of his game. He may not wind up as a starter on a good team but I like him. He is a smart player. Improving aspect of his game and getting better attacking the basket are the keys for him.

One more, more thing. Martin’s shot is so ugly. Wow.
