I think it is about having EVERY NBA team come into your arena at least once....I think that is the large majority of the reasoning behind this. Local fans want to see _____________ come to town.

We are about 900K under, wasn't sure if WCS opting out + stretch would get us there. It's probably a crazy idea anyway.
