To me it looks like this:
- Miami and Philly look like most serious spenders. If Miami loses on Lowry I think they make best offer for Dipo. If Philly loses on Lowry, I think their target will be a shooter (preferably PG) and I see Powell and Hill as main targets.
- Denver, Boston and perhaps Portland are semi strong bidders for win now players. Willing to offer something but not too much. Gordon, Powell and Fournier might be their top targets.
- Clippers would want to upgrade but their assets are limited. I see them in play for Hill. Perhaps Brooklyn is in same class with Dinwiddie.
- GSW will try to do something around Oubre but I see them mostly stand pat
- Chicago, Charlotte, Pelicans, Minnesota I think will be looking for talent upgrade and might end up trading between themselves for better fitting players (like Ball for Markanen)
- I think Atlanta, Memphis, Milwaukee, Phoenix, Sacramento and Utah will stay pat, just perhaps some minor moves
- Cleveland, Detroit, Houston, OKC, Orlando are sellers
- New York will try to sell their cap space but is reluctant to pay draft compensation to bring in a good player
- Washington, Indiana and San Antonio are a mistery to me. They are the ones that could really shake things up either by selling or buying. They can go either way or stand pat.

Very good deal for Cavs, imho. I wonder if we could sell WCS for something like that

Without researching that seems like a solid low cost move for Denver.  There was talk they really needed to get someone who can protect the rim.   Javele has had an interesting career.   Although he should provide some rim protection and finishing at the rim in small doses.   Solid move at initial glance.

Good job.  I think this is a good summary.

That seems like a lot.   Maxey was my pick at 18 but he has sort of lost playing minutes as the season has gone on.   I was also very high on Thybule in the previous draft.  Plus two first round picks.    Wow.

Maxey and Thybule can just be rotation guys....or they could be much more.   Hard to tell.   Difficult decision by Morey to either go all in or take the long road approach.

Also, wouldn't Philly need to put in some salary for this type of move???

So I am guessing Robinson and Precious being the main pieces.  Do the Heat have any first round picks they can trade?  Seems like Toronto is playing three or more teams and pushing for just a little more from each.

Time to offer all remaining 2nds and one of the rookies for Robinson.

I tend to agree.   Fournier just seemed to good to be true.   He would certainly be a huge get.   Maybe I am crazy, but I would prefer to hold on to both Green and Terry.

I think a move like McDermmot is going to be a sneaky move.   From what I understand he is a FA after the year and is going to get some good money.  So Indiana could move him.   Heck, he will be in Dallas tomorrow.  Maybe he just stays?   Maybe McDermmot may be too rich for our assets.
