The Dallas Mavericks ruled out Anthony Davis, P.J. Washington, Caleb Martin, Dereck Lively II, and Dwight Powell. RE: Game 54: Sacramento Kings (26-26) vs. Dallas Mavericks (28-25) - Chicagojk - 02-10-2025 A lot to ask Gaffford to go up against both Sabonis and Jonas without getting in foul trouble. Sabonis by himself is such a tough guard. I have no idea how Mavs steal 20 minutes at center. May be the key to the game. If I am the kings plan a b and c is to get Gafford in early foul trouble RE: Game 54: Sacramento Kings (26-26) vs. Dallas Mavericks (28-25) - Winter - 02-10-2025 "Mavericks guard Kyrie Irving has been named by commission Adam Silver as the All-Star injury replacement for Anthony Davis, the league announced in a press release. Irving will play for Team Shaq in the 2025 NBA All-Star Game." Don't get hurt either! That should be no fun to watch. Who knew we would miss Dwight Powell so much. I mean sheesh. Maybe they pull away in the 2nd half but this is shocking to me. RE: Game 54: Sacramento Kings (26-26) vs. Dallas Mavericks (28-25) - SleepingHero - 02-10-2025 Mavs PR (@MavsPR) Daniel Gafford (right knee sprain) will not return to tonight's game against the Sacramento Kings. Go all in next year. Bench ad for year. RE: Game 54: Sacramento Kings (26-26) vs. Dallas Mavericks (28-25) - OBX Maverick - 02-10-2025 (02-10-2025, 09:40 PM)Deebo Wrote: Smart team would try tank. RE: Game 54: Sacramento Kings (26-26) vs. Dallas Mavericks (28-25) - Chicagojk - 02-10-2025 What a bummer of a year. Hopefully that is a few weeks injury and not out for the year injury. Those can go either way. Mavs fighting hard but you have to wonder if the Kings take care of the ball, if the Mavs can get enough stops. Nice minutes for Omax. Man, when Klay not hitting his shots, he looks like he shouldn’t be out there. Gonna need every ounce from him to have a chance tonight. One hopeful positive on Gafford’s knee injury is that it looked like a hyperextension injury. Those are typically very painful at first, but recovery can be quicker than a ligamentous injury (although hyperextension injuries can damage ligaments, too). Sometimes an associated bone bruise can extend recovery time, however.
