Seems like a really odd trade for SAC
Mitchell must be the payment in getting off of Vezenkov's deal.

Gives plenty of outgoing for Sacramento to send someone else out for a bigger contract. Like Barnes or Huerter for Kuzma?

Raptors also receive the 45th pick as a part of this. Needs to be something else right? Like another move setting up here. Although, both players seemed to be done with the Kings future plans.
Maybe Toronto really likes Mitchell and wants a test drive. Could work. Although pick 45 for saving 4-5 million. Is that right?

Toronto also gets a second round pick at 45. Gets a pick several in front of Lakers. They were mentioned as having an interest in Bronny.

Not sure if this is accurate but a poster on a Kings message board thought this trade opened up the full MLE for the Kings.

They are some 7 mil under first apron. So it does open the MLE, but they can't spend it in full, unless they send more salary out

Toronto has 13 players under contract (counting Quickley, not counting Trent) and 2 second round picks. Can we expect they trade one of them?

That´s probably what the Kings thought, too. Who were the Suns/Grizzlies players that the Wizards got confused and then out of embarrassment still did the trade with Phoenix. I´m in favour of drafting this Antonio Reeves in hopes of trading him to Washington as Austin Reaves.
