Still a hard pass on Ayton for me. No thanks at his money

Maybe if Phoenix threw in that last 2nd round pick they own LOL

Hey how about THJ for Isaac + #36. Select GG Jackson or Vukcevic.

It will be interesting to see what is going to Sac for Holmes...

Please do not be a future pick...

I am hoping it is McGee

Nothing. Holmes into the TPE. Pick to Dallas because they absorb his salary.

Just in, Charlotte fans really didn't like the Miller pick over Scoot.

Even Hugo the Hornet was sad:

Current roster as of now.

I have to think McGee+THJ+Bullock will be packaged for either a starting SF or C.

I’ve got us at $169mm if we use the MLE and get Kyrie at $40mm.  If we have to give Kyrie his full max, we can chose between smaller MLE or a trade spread on someone.  S/W Reggie is a possibility (saves $8.7mm and puts the Full MLE back in play if Kyrie needs the full Max).  Unfortunately, decision day is before you know who you might get in free agency.

I think there is a pretty easy path to G-Will or someone of that nature in the mid teens as an add on to tonight’s deals.  Just need someone to want Reggie expiring.  It would be nice to add a starter at 3 or 4 that moves THJ or Reggie out and the other to the bench.

I’ll spend the next week fantasy trading, but I suspect we may be down to about one more whether it be MLE or trading out Reggie or THJ for someone.  If nothing happens,  I see the lineup as:

Holmes/Lively/McGee
Luka/Maxi/Morris
THJ/O-Max/Lawson
Green/Reggie/
Kyrie/Hardy

Something has to go back to Sacramento as part of the trade. Maybe a LATE 2nd from OKC or cash but something has to technically be received for it to be a legal trade

Hard pass on Ayton.  $40m of dead money in his contract over 3 years.  Time to start using assets correctly.

The Knicks fans should be worried. If Kyrie leaves their 1st is gone.

Kyrie at 35m. And MLE + BAE would be nice.

You all forgetting the 40/4 Powell extension.

RE: 2023 DRAFT: June 22 | Mavs to pick 10th - Chicagojk - 06-22-2023

I loved the highlights of OMAX (is that his nickname?) competing on defense.  Busy hands, contests shots, chases defenders and just works really hard.  I am sure his offense will need to catch up to his defense, but love that bulldog approach.

These guys are so young and not guarantees but Dallas needed guys who can fit around two dominant offensive players who can find a way to be valuable.   They drafted two guys who have those traits.

Wouldn't hurt to go after GG Jackson or Vukcevic at this point.

So you are saying SOMETHING needs to happen.  Woof.

Lavine doesn´t want to be a Knick, if traded. Would you Kyrie for Lavine? Much better fit with the Luka´s timeline. Duffy client.
