I have been a tad disappointed in Hardy.   I don't want to make judgements on four games, but I was expecting a little more.  He is going to need time and plenty of hard coaching.   Mavs will need to do something they have sucked at....be patient and take the long view approach.   We will see if the Mavs and Hardy are up for it.

I have been really down on Moses Wright.  I was expecting an athletic big with a solid shot.   He really hasn't had one move that I would consider NBA athletic wow.   Again, I don't want to make final judgements but he doesn't look like a future NBA player in summer league.  If so, might as well look at other rosters for our two way guys.

Moses balling.

Wright is showing some signs of life on offense. Feels like Hardy is getting worse with every game he plays and it´s not just the defensive attention.

That´s what I am thinking. Just don´t see NBA level talent on this roster.

He is starting to look like I expected from my predraft process. His first game shocked me. Now he is looking like what I feared.

Do you think the lack of talent on our summer league team is indicative of larger problems within the Mavs organization?

RE: SUMMER LEAGUE: Gm 4 July 14, 7 pm - Kammrath - 07-14-2022

GREAT pocket pass from Hardy!

Would give them the benefit of the doubt if this was a one time thing. But for the Mavs it is the opposite. A competitive summer league roster is the exception. Definitely concerning.

Great steal and assist by Hardy!

RE: SUMMER LEAGUE: Gm 4 July 14, 7 pm - Kammrath - 07-14-2022

Great defensive hands by Hardy!

LOL...since my post Wright has had like 5 dunks and looks much more active.  I am not sure why we are just seeing it now.

What the hell kind of defensive positioning was that from Moses??

RE: SUMMER LEAGUE: Gm 4 July 14, 7 pm - Kammrath - 07-14-2022

Great charge take from Hardy!

He is really stepping on the D down the stretch.

I'm disappointed in Hardy's offensive game these last 3 games. Maybe he'll pan out, but he doesn't stand out at all other than game 1.

Are the Mavs going to put up a ofer in summer league?  How many games left?
