RE: DRAFT: #18 & #31 | Donnie: 66% chance to trade up or down, above avg foreign class - SleepingHero - 11-18-2020 (11-18-2020, 10:02 PM)FunkBoreland Wrote: Josh Green was the least talked about player on the board. He was 46.7% on threes the last 10 games. Got a 6'10 WS so his got length. HIs not afraid to defend up close on the perimeter and one of the best at closeouts. His still raw on the creating his shot but the potential is there. Ok thats interesting. I didn't know that. The more I hear about Green the more I like. But still. BEY WAS RIGHT THERE! RE: DRAFT: #18 & #31 | Donnie: 66% chance to trade up or down, above avg foreign class - cjeter24 - 11-18-2020 So I don't like the pick with what's on the board.... But I will say that he does have great shooting form. If they tweak his shot he could be a lethal 3 and d guy. He clearly emulates Klay. Lower the quality on a YouTube highlight video and you can't tell if it's Klay playing or Green. Of course that's just highlights. RE: DRAFT: #18 & #31 | Donnie: 66% chance to trade up or down, above avg foreign class - Fuerza1 - 11-18-2020 If Bane somehow slides to #31, Donnie might have just pulled two rabbits out of his ass tonight. Two 3/D wings in the same draft, I thought I'd never see the day! RE: DRAFT: #18 & #31 | Donnie: 66% chance to trade up or down, above avg foreign class - Mavs2019 - 11-18-2020 Still lots of exciting guys at #31, so Flynn or Mannion. RE: DRAFT: #18 & #31 | Donnie: 66% chance to trade up or down, above avg foreign class - SleepingHero - 11-18-2020 Ok. Fine. I was gonna give it a day. But the more I watch and read about him, Green isn't bad. Donnie is smart. I'll trust. But Bey was right there.... RE: DRAFT: #18 & #31 | Donnie: 66% chance to trade up or down, above avg foreign class - HanspardsShowerVoice - 11-18-2020 Wait until the board finds out Green was former teammate of Dwight Powell. RE: DRAFT: #18 & #31 | Donnie: 66% chance to trade up or down, above avg foreign class - radioaktiv - 11-18-2020 I actually had the feeling Green was the pick weeks ago, because I didn't expect Saddiq to be there. Then I warmed myself up to the idea of Tyrell Terry. But Green was top 3 in my prediction in the other thread IIRC. Seeing the Brad tweet interview, the guy has swagger, confidence. Need alpha dogs on this team. For #31 Please T.Bey (he would make you forget about S.Bey) Woodard Ty Shon RE: DRAFT: #18 & #31 | Donnie: 66% chance to trade up or down, above avg foreign class - cow - 11-18-2020 (11-18-2020, 10:08 PM)HanspardsShowerVoice Wrote: Wait until the board finds out Green was former teammate of Dwight Powell. RE: DRAFT: #18 & #31 | Donnie: 66% chance to trade up or down, above avg foreign class - TMW80 - 11-18-2020 I am a fan of Green and who I wanted. Strong athlete and someone who can contribute defensively right away. Also a different type of wing athlete to DFS. Bey was my second option, but more redundant to DFS and his lack of athleticism concerned me. He was also a very good off the ball scorer for Arizona. Worked as their third option behind Mannion. Good shooting mechanics but needs to get stronger in his lower body and more consistent mechanically. Lots to like here... But if Mavs were to get Hampton somehow i'd be quite happy with both guys. |
