They should really do cross-conference quarterfinals, cause it´s again vomit-inducing that the worst team from the West has as many losses as the best team from the East that qualified for the knockout stage. Can we at least get the two best teams in the NBA Cup final.

I think the current top four are the top four. Young legs and depth. After that from 5 to 12 anything can happen.

In the 4th, the outside of Luka guys went on to shoot 4/5 from three. Only 4 turnovers.

I don´t understand why the Mavs or Klay are so hesitant to bring him off the bench. Is starting really that important, cause he barely plays in the 2nd half and especially 4th quarters of games. How does that make you feel any better? Wouldn´t it be more fun to win 6th man of the year, assuming he can do better in a faster 2nd unit against worse opponents.

I know the tournament gets mocked a lot, but they made a tuesday in december matter. A lot of teams treating tonight like a win or die game...and if possible blowout. I think it is a success. Now lets see how they play in the one and done games.

This will be even better, when the NBA goes to 32 teams, cause you can then make the format so much easier.

It’s a crazy number. Don’t feel good about it. But Memphis fouls like crazy. I’m sure the NBA will be happier to have Dallas in the Cup than the other teams so we’ll hear the conspiracy theories tonight.
