Really disappointed in Lively’s play thus far. I was expecting more. But in his defense every time the ball goes up he’s getting mauled. On the crucial travel in game 1 he was fouled at least twice. The refs are really treating him like any other rookie not getting any benefit of the doubt. Porzingis has been good but not great except for the first quarter of game one. But Porzingis is drawing touch fouls while both our centers are getting mauled. Hopefully that changes in Dallas.

Jru Holiday outplayed him in the paint tonight, much less Porzingis. I thought he’d be better, but the playoff pressure may have finally caught up a bit. He’s only 20.

Yes, no excuse for Kyrie. He’s not 20 and has played in title series before. I think his age is starting to catch up with him. He’s been very up and down in the playoffs.

For those old enough to remember "The Dunk" early in Dirk's career (something we didn't know he had in him at the time), will we someday think of Lively's first 3 as "The Shot"?
