Kyrie basically saved the Mavs that quarter. Gafford's activity is still there and intense, just couldn't get some layups to go through.
Luka just doing the bare minimum right now as is usual against a bottom feeder.
Overall a slightly disappointing quarter, though if Gafford's layups went through this is a 10 point lead.

Basically saw everything good/bad that we can expect from Gafford. Incredible work rate on the offensive board. Great hands. Mediocre touch. Really struggling as the drop defender in the pick and roll. Avdija went right at him multiple times.

This is very frustrating. What is Kidd doing with this 3 guard lineup? Did they trade for PJ to sit on the bench??
Timmy is doing everything he can to be benched right now. Sit the dude.
THJ is shooting the Mavs out of the game against the freaking Wizards.

As usual. No sense of urgency. Might as well watch the allstar game. Similar energy on defense. Similar shot selection on offense. Not even trying to run any kind of offense. Just chucking away from 3 or trying to finish over multiple defenders.
