Luka deserves the accolades for the game-winning heroics, but I think KP was great as well with his own big buckets and good defense late. He's really rounding into form, and Dallas is so much better with a diverse two-headed attack. Nice game for them both.

Luka rigging the game confirmed. Someone needs to check the bank accounts of his mom, girlfriend and agent. Probably made a last second bet on the Mavs.

And let's not forget there was Luka Magic on the defensive end as well.

Luka at 22 might turn out to be okay for us.

That block was really nice as well.

Possibly his real best play of the night. He actually did a fine job guarding Morant for stretches of this game. Sucky job on Brooks tho, which leads me to believe his defensive issues (when he has them) are a matter of focus. He was worried about Ja, so he played him better, imo.

Not benching him got us into this mess. But he's Houdini so ..... Another THJ bad game. His fans must be loving it.

Is it too late to change my vote to Brunson?

That was a bolt of lightening, possibly season saving shot. No one really played that great, except Luka down the stretch. Zinger was bullied all night on the block and the glass. THJ was shot hunting. Kleba missed.  DFS did a nice job, he gets some credit.  The Memphis defense is good. Even Luka had real trouble shaking defenders and getting to his spot. His shots were tough. He was surrounded by defenders all night. Made some spectacular passes to compensate, many of which turned into bricks. Just a tough game all around. And then, it’s like magic. A W!
