Brunson had another great game. Doncic had nice stats but below his standard. DFS played great defense. THJ was chucking the ball a lot for his 16 points. Bobi started very badly but was better in the second half. Green showed again he should be played a couple of minutes every game, that three was missed badly, though Smile 

In the end, I gave it to Melli. He stepped up decently in Maxi abscence.

What the hell!  I gave the Dirkie to Melli.  How did he integrate so well so quickly?  I'm encouraged that Melli may be the steal of the trade.  And I sort of liked James Johnson.

While a few Mavs played good games, this victory was achieved on the back of DFS’s fine defensive performance on Westbrook, imho. Particularly in the 2nd half.

That's what I'm saying. Melli looks like he's been here for 3 years and is a Mav staple.

It's that Gulf of Venice bond.  Luka's hometown of Ljubljana really isn't that far away from Melli's hometown in Northern Italy.   About a 5 hour drive apart according to Google Maps.
