My buddies and I have tickets to the Rockets game on the 23rd. It looks like we may not have the chance to go if the NBA steps in.

ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski and Zach Lowe reported the NBA is expected to make a decision by Thursday, though there are conflicting reports about which way the league is leaning. Wojnarowski reported teams are leaning toward moving forward with games without fans, while Chris Mannix of Sports Illustrated said there is a "growing" consensus that a hiatus would be the most responsible option.

Don't know how reasonable it is given that this Coronavirus thing could last for the rest of the year. What would the NBA do? Just cancel this season? Cancel next season? It makes no sense delaying the entire season when there is no timetable.

Chinese basketball is threatening to their American players that they need to return the China by next weekend or face a lifetime ban by the CBA.

Peking James did walk back his comments about not playing without fans though so at least he gets some credit for that.

The Jazz/OKC game is officially postponed due to player illness.  If the players think they're at risk, I've gotta think that may push the league to just shut things down for a while.

What sucks about this game is team sent out an injury report over 8 hours ago listing Gobert and Mudlay as questionable due to illness.  League could have told Utah those players are not allowed at game.  Yet they wait until tipoff after 18k fans are in place to cancel.  Total mismanagement by NBA.
